Lakey, the Plymouth born-artist, grew up in Plymouth and moved to Norway at the age of 8.
In Norway he found his love for writing and recording music, and it became his passion, addiction and therapy.
Growing up listening to Busted and McFly, later falling in love with hip-hop, through Eminem, 2pac and Wiz Khalifa.
Lakey is inspired by all of these artists till this day, but makes his own unique sound of music.

History
Born in Plymouth, England a cold day in 1998.
Lakey grew up in a football inviroment, but has always shown an interest for being the main man.
As a kid, he did guitar lessons, acting, writing, performing, so there is always something up his sleeve.
There was never a dull moment with Lakey, and he was always doing something entertaining.
He grew up to be a creative dude, wiriting lyrics, recording songs, mixing and performing the songs at different venues.
Lakey started a project through the municipality, for youth to come and record their tunes, as he felt that was a need in todays culture.
Now as a father of two, Lakey records his music in his kitchen, and works behind the scenes as a writer, vocalist, producer, video-editor, lyric-vid creator and also promotes his music indepentently.
